Brittany E. Murphy (formerly Brittany E. Blye) is an assertive and compassionate advocate for her clients. She graduated from Stonehill College with a B.A. in Criminology and went on to graduate from New England Law, Boston.
After graduating from law school, Attorney Murphy began in private practice focusing on family law and criminal defense before going on to represent the City of Brockton as an Assistant City Solicitor. In her time as Assistant City Solicitor, Attorney Murphy represented the City of Brockton in various aspects of municipal law including contract review, civil litigation, license to carry firearms appeals, and civil service bypass appeals.
Attorney Murphy is experienced in handling divorce, property division, child custody, parenting time, child support, and cases in which there have been allegations of abuse or neglect. She is focused on helping clients obtain the best possible result while minimizing the emotional strain these matters can place on families.
